CLEVELAND, Ohio — For the sixth year in a row, the Jacksonville Jaguars have a top-five pick in the NFL Draft. They will pick fourth in the 2017 NFL Draft after going 3-13 last year.
Despite all the high picks the Jaguars have gotten in the past few years, they have not been able to turn those picks into wins.
Former interim turned full-time coach Doug Marrone and GM David Caldwell have a lot of pressure to get the Jaguars out from the bottom tier of the NFL.
