NFL 2017 Week 5: Monday Night preview - Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears, TV, scoreboard (photos)

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Mentor High School graduate Mitch Trubisky will make his NFL debut on national television tonight when his Chicago Bears (1-3) host the Minnesota Vikings (2-2) in a key NFC North battle 8:30 p.m. (ET) on ESPN's Monday Night Football.

Trubisky will start in place of Mike Glennon, who committed eight turnovers in his four starts. Bears coach John Fox announced the switch following the Bears blowout loss to Green Bay last week.

Trubisky passed for 364 yards, three touchdowns, zero interceptions and completed 67.9 percent of his passes in the preseason.

The Bears selected Trubisky out of North Carolina in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, becoming the Bears first quarterback chosen in the first round since Rex Grossman in 2003.
