BEREA: After spending the past seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins, new Browns defensive lineman Randy Starks is still warming up to his surroundings in Northeast Ohio.
“Big difference from Miami,” Starks said Tuesday after the team’s second session of voluntary offseason workouts. “I mean I wonder when the sun’s going to come out.”
Starks might not be used to Cleveland weather yet, but he is accustomed to stopping the run and providing younger D-linemen with leadership. And those are the central missions on which he’s focused after signing a two-year contract last month with the Browns that, according to Spotrac.
