The Cleveland Browns, just one day away from heading into the six-week summer break, received a scare on Wednesday at defensive lineman Myles Garrett was forced to leave practice with an undisclosed foot injury.
The injury is reportedly to Garrett’s left foot, the same side that plagued him as a senior as he played through a high-ankle sprain, according to cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot:
Just minutes before thunder crackled in the dark sky, No. 1 overall pick Myles Garrett fell to his knees with his head on the ground after a would-be sack of Brock Osweiler in a two-minute drill and immediately clutched his left foot.
