BEREA -- It's one of those Cleveland Browns-only stats that are totally accurate -- and leave a person shaking their head.
Coach Mike Pettine's won-lost mark since joining the team for the 2014 season is 9-13. That .409 won-lost percentage is the team's best since it returned from a three-year hiatus in 1999.
Since then, the Browns have had eight head coaches (counting interim Terry Robiskie).
None have won 50 percent of their games and only two have won 40 percent: Pettine and Butch Davis.
In an incomprehensible reality, four Browns coaches won less than 30 percent of the time, though it must be said one was Robiskie, who had four games, another was Chris Palmer, the coach of an expansion team, and a third was Rob Chudzinski, who had all of one year.
