Former Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine has no reason to get back in the NFL anytime soon, but that doesn't mean he can't rub elbows to see where he could have a position in the future. According to Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, Pettine was a guest at two of the team's practices this past week.
"He’s out of work right now, and he was a coach’s kid, so he’s been around the game his whole life," Reid said. "All of a sudden now, he’s got a year here where he can go around and visit friends.
