The local television announcing team for the Cleveland Browns' 2015 preseason is set: Mike Patrick and Solomon Wilcots will call the action later this year on WEWS (Channel 5). Their first game will be on August 13th, when the Browns host the Redskins. ESPN will handle the national coverage for the Browns' home game against the Bills on August 20th. Then, Patrick and Solomon will return for the team's two road preseason games on August 29th and September 3rd against Tampa Bay and Chicago, respectively.
According to Bob Finnan of the News Herald, the Browns were hoping to get Cleveland native Chris Rose to do the play-by-play, but he was not available due to contractual obligations to Major League Baseball.
