The Cleveland Browns have reportedly given quarterback Kevin Hogan permission to seek a trade. That’s a great thing for the current third-string gun slinger because it will give him a chance to get to a team early and really compete for a starting spot.
Hogan was originally choosen by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth-round of the 2016 NFL Draft, but found his way to the Browns practice squad once Kansas City realized they weren’t ready for him.
