Josh McCown says ankle injury won’t sideline him

Lost amid the shock and awe of quarterback Josh McCown‘s performance in helping to lead the Cleveland Browns past the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday was that McCown injured his ankle in overtime.

McCown hurt the ankle when a player rolled up on him while he was completing a pass to tight end Jim Dray.

“We’ll just keep getting treatment and see how it goes, but like I said, the ankle feels good, and I’m hopeful and planning on being able to play and all that stuff,” McCown said, according to Ohio.com.
