BEREA, Ohio -- Josh Gordon brought some levity to what initially seemed like a serious situation on Twitter on Monday.

After a North Carolina TV station mistakenly re-tweeted a story about Gordon’s DUI from a year ago as if it had happened this week, Gordon had this direct but light-hearted response:

I've done my crimes & will forever do the time.
