The Cleveland Browns missed on their selection of 2012 Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel, but they seemed to have hit on their selection of 2017 Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Baker Mayfield.
Mayfield’s time with the Browns is already off to a better start than Manziel after just one season. Despite plenty of expectations, Manziel burned out in Cleveland and never generated much success with the Browns. And in one season, Mayfield has the Browns expecting to make the playoffs in 2019.
Even though Manziel only played for the Browns in his short time in the NFL, he said he is not a fan of any team in the league.
