BEREA, Ohio -- There was a new coach on the field on Wednesday afternoon working with the Browns' young offensive linemen.
"Coach Thomas?" head coach Hue Jackson said after practice, when asked about this new addition to the staff. "Coach Thomas has a lot of experience, doesn't he?"
Coach Thomas, of course, is left tackle Joe Thomas, on injured reserve following a torn triceps against the Titans on October 22. He underwent surgery two days later.
Thomas was on the practice field on Wednesday wearing a hoodie and knit cap, working closely with new left tackle Spencer Drango during the portion of practice that was open to the media.
