Joe Thomas, offensive tackle, 10th Pro Bowl selection: Thomas set a Cleveland Browns record with this selection. No player in the team's long history has been named to 10 Pro Bowls; Hall of Famers Jim Brown and Lou Groza each went to nine. Thomas also becomes the fifth player in NFL history to be named to the Pro Bowl in each of his first 10 seasons in the league. He joins Rams defensive tackle Merlin Olsen (14), Cowboys safety Mel Benfro (10), Lions running back Barry Sanders (10) and Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor (10).
