CLEVELAND: Left tackle Joe Thomas, center Alex Mack and outside linebacker Paul Kruger insisted Sunday they want to remain with the Browns after their names, along with outside linebacker Barkevious Mingo’s, surfaced in reports about who could potentially be traded before the NFL’s deadline for deals hits at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The rumblings created a stir on Twitter and sports talk radio a few hours before the Browns (2-6) kicked off their 34-20 loss to the Arizona Cardinals (6-2).
“I’m not a quitter,” said Thomas, who has made the Pro Bowl each of his first eight seasons.
