Joe Flacco cashing in with every victory

Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco has been on an impressive run since taking over the starting job.

Following his performance in Thursday night’s playoff-clinching win over the New York Jets, Flacco has been at the helm of four consecutive wins, has passed for more than 300 yards in each of those wins, is the only player in franchise history to have four consecutive 300-yard games, and his 13 touchdown passes are as many as Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett has thrown in his 25-game career.

Not only is Flacco helping the Browns win on the field, but he is also helping his bank account thanks to the way his contract is structured, according to ESPN:

  • Flacco is picking up an additional $75,000 for each game he plays in and the Browns win during the regular season.
