CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Hue Jackson is now on the same team as Golden State forward Kevin Durant.
signed with Jay Z's agency Roc Nation Sports, becoming the first coaching client of the four-year-old firm. The agency also represents big-name athletes such as Durant, who is trying to spoil the Cavs' chances of repeating as NBA champs.
Jackson follows his agent, John Thornton, to Roc Nation, where he went a year ago after leaving Octagon.
ESPN Sports Business Reporter Darren Rovell first reported the move.
Jackson had been without formal representation for a year, and will now have one of the most powerful agencies in sports supporting him.
