CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Browns head coach Hue Jackson named rookie DeShone Kizer his starting quarterback for the team's game in London against the Minnesota Vikings this week. Kizer was benched on Sunday after throwing two interceptions in a loss to the Titans. Kizer sat behind Kevin Hogan a week earlier in the team's loss to the Texans.
Jackson was choosing between Kizer and second-year quarterback Cody Kessler for this game. Kessler came on in relief on Sunday and played well in spots, but it's obvious Jackson wants to stick with the rookie, at least for now.
