BEREA -- Every Cleveland Browns coach or front-office type has their moment when they utter words that follow them.
There was the 'runaway train (Chris Palmer),' the 'finest, nicest man' Pittsburgh police ever arrested (Carmen Policy), the 'kids will be kids' (Romeo Crennel), the 'we're not going to blow it up (Jimmy Haslam) and the 'we do have the second pick in the draft' as Haslam discussed the quarterback position at the end of the 2015 season.
Now comes Hue Jackson, who has hung his hat on Robert Griffin III and traded out of the second spot in the draft.
