How the Browns handed Carson Wentz to the Eagles and Deshaun Watson to the Texans before solving their own QB problem

BEREA, Ohio -- The Browns' decision to trade down from No. 2 overall in the 2016 draft enabled the Philadelphia Eagles to land their franchise quarterback in Carson Wentz, and the Texans to land what looks like theirs in Deshaun Watson -- all before they've solved their own never-ending quarterback conundrum.

As the 0-5 Browns head to Houston this weekend to take on Watson and the Texans, their own possible quarterback of the future in DeShone Kizer is sitting on the bench while Kevin Hogan, who wasn't in the mix for the starting job in camp, becomes the 28th quarterback to start a game for the Browns since 1999.
