CLEVELAND, Ohio — As if Josh McCown's broken left collarbone wasn't painful enough, he heaped all the blame for this 31-28 loss to the Jets on his shoulders.
"I just look at myself,'' he said. "I played two different halves. It starts with me. I take this one squarely on me. I don't feel like I played to the level that I'm capable of playing at, and that I played to in the first half. I feel like it cost us the ball game."
Just like the last time he started here at FirstEnergy Stadium in week two against the Ravens, McCown had the crowd rocking and his teammates rolling at the start.
