Hey Tim: HBO wanted the Browns in 2015, but the Browns were able to beg out of the program by appealing to Johnny Manziel’s need for privacy in his return that summer from substance abuse rehab. I think they will have trouble dodging the cable network’s cameras this summer. The Browns don’t meet any of the league’s exemption criteria.
