Browns rookie strong safety Jabrill Peppers is one of eight players from this year’s NFL Draft class who remains unsigned.

A person familiar with the situation confirmed Monday the holdup is over the amount of guaranteed money Peppers will receive in his four-year contract. The deal will include a fifth-year team option because he was selected in the first round (No. 25 overall).
