Kellen Winslow, Jr. was supposed to be the Browns’ starting tight end for 10-years when he was taken in the first-round of the 2004 NFL draft. Now, he sits in a California jail without bond.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Winslow will go to trial on eight charges with a hearing set for August 17 regarding those charges. The charges are: two counts of kidnapping with intent to commit rape, one count of forcible sodomy, and two counts of rape, all felonies, plus two counts of trespassing and one count of indecent exposure, all misdemeanors.
