Taylor Gabriel, who spent two seasons with the Cleveland Browns, announced his retirement on Friday after playing six seasons in the NFL.
Gabriel made the announcement by posting a photo of himself lounging in a pool with the simple phrase “retired” on Twitter:
The Browns signed Gabriel in 2014 as an undrafted free agent out of Abilene Christian. He earned a roster spot after leading all Browns wide receivers with 10 receptions for 128 yards in the preseason.
In two seasons with Cleveland, the 5-foot-8 and 167-pound Gabriel had 64 receptions for 862 yards and one touchdown reception.
