The Cleveland Browns and general manager John Dorsey have shown that they will do whatever they can to add talent to the roster and build the strongest team they can over the past year and a half.
Dorsey has shown a willingness to give several players second chances, whether it be first-round busts (Breshad Perriman) or players with off-field problems (Kareem Hunt, Antonio Callaway) to create the best roster possible.
In order to build a competitive roster, Dorsey is going to pursue every avenue to find a player who might be overlooked by the rest of the league.
