Debra Wilson, a Cleveland native founded the Fairfax Leadership Initiative (FLI). The initiative is used as a catalyst and hub in the neighborhood to help people recognize their dreams, skills and talents. The residents and stakeholders in the neighborhood have really come to see FLI as a tool and mainstay in the area. Debra has worked to gather information that she uses to determine what direction to guide the participants in order to get closer to their goals and/or grow.
