BEREA, Ohio -- Evidence to the contrary, Duke Johnson has not switched positions.
Johnson remains a running back and has not moved to receiver, Cleveland Browns coach Hue Jackson said Monday.
Fantasy players may wish to pay attention, though, because Johnson did not line up in the backfield once during the 21-18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
In fact, the way the Browns used Jackson seemed to confirm preseason chatter that he would be more of a slot receiver than a running back.
ESPN's Fantasy folks analyzed his day and found that Johnson was in the slot on 42 snaps, at left receiver once, right receiver twice and (tecnhically) at tight end twice.
