CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Browns decided not to take a chance on veteran wide receivers Jeremy Maclin and Eric Decker earlier this offseason. Now comes Dorial Green-Beckham, waived by the Eagles on Friday.
What sets Green-Beckham apart from Maclin and Decker is his age. He's only 24. He's also a cheaper investment than Maclin or Decker would've been. Green-Beckham was a second-round pick (40th overall) of the Titans in 2015, and was traded last year to the Eagles, which needed wide receivers.
Green-Beckham has 68 catches for 941 yards and six touchdowns over two seasons.
