DeShone Kizer on LeBron James saying Deshaun Watson should be the Browns' QB: 'That has nothing to do with me'

BEREA, Ohio -- DeShone Kizer's feelings weren't hurt Monday when LeBron James said Kizer's good buddy Deshaun Watson should be the Browns' quarterback.

"That has nothing to do with me,'' Kizer said.

Of course, James wasn't intentionally trying to throw Kizer under the bus when he made his remarks in New York on Monday. His intent was to explain that he wasn't criticizing Knicks rookie Frank Ntilikina when he said they should've drafted Mavericks rookie point guard Dennis Smith Jr.

"I think Deshaun Watson should be a Brown," James said, driving home his point. "Doesn't mean that Myles Garrett isn't going to be a great football player.
