CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Quarterback DeShone Kizer went 18-of-34 for 179 yards in the Cleveland Browns' 33-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday at Twickenham Stadium in England. Kizer had five carries for 18 yards and one touchdown.
Sad sacks: The Browns fell to 0-8 this season, 1-23 since the beginning of last season.
For the second straight week, the Browns were competitive for the majority of minutes against a team .500 or better. (The Vikings improved to 6-2.) But that never can be the barometer in the NFL, where victories are available even for the worst of teams.
