CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Quarterback DeShone Kizer went 21-of-37 for 232 yards and one touchdown in the Cleveland Browns' 38-24 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon in Detroit. Kizer was intercepted once and sacked once. He rushed seven times for 57 yards and one touchdown.
Kizer was injured in the third quarter and replaced by Cody Kessler for one play and two full possessions. Kessler went 1-of-3 for 5 yards and was sacked three times.
Sad sacks: The Browns are 0-9 this season, 1-24 under coach Hue Jackson and 4-42 since Nov. 30, 2014.
