It seems as though there's always something to pick apart. The Cleveland Browns were heavy on the analytics during the Sashi Brown tenure, which had people begging for a 'football guy' to take over. That happened with John Dorsey but before long, there were cries to use analytics more as some felt Dorsey discounted the work done by people such as Paul DePodesta.
So now, Dorsey is gone as is his entire staff — Alonzo Highsmith, Eliot Wolf — and a 32-year old Andrew Berry is the new general manager. They also have a young head coach in Kevin Stefanski and of course, DePodesta continues to grow in influence.
