The Cleveland Browns made six roster moves today, trimming players as the team works toward the NFL mandated limit of 75 players by Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Waived by the Browns were tight end Anthony Ezeakunne and wide receiver Shane Wynn. The team also “terminated the contracts” of linebackers Everette Brown and Moise Fokou, running back Jalen Parmele and defensive back Aaron Ross.
General manager Ray Farmer made the announcement via the team’s website.
The release of Wynn is a bit of a surprise as he has shown some flashes of ability during the preseason.
