Just as they did in 2018, the Cleveland Browns got their first win of the season under the bright lights against the New York Jets. Last year, it was the first appearance for Baker Mayfield who filled in for an injured Tyrod Taylor and led them to a come-from-behind victory at home.
This time, they were on the road facing a Jets backup quarterback in Trevor Siemian, who ended up leaving the game with an ankle injury. Luke Falk replaced him but it didn’t matter either way as they were in full control throughout the game en route to a convincing 23-3 win.
