The Cleveland Browns, in their continued search for roster depth along the defensive line after losing Desmond Bryant to a season-ending injury, signed Chigbo Anunoby on Monday.
In a corresponding transaction to make room on the roster, the Browns released defensive lineman Kyle Rose, who had signed with the Browns as an undrafted free agent in May.
The team announced the move on its website.
Anunoby has been around the NFL, but has yet to make a team’s final roster. He was signed by the Indianapolis Colts in 2012 as an undrafted free agent out of Morehouse.
