The Cleveland Browns signed wide receiver Anthony Schwartz on Saturday. Schwartz is the seventh member of the club’s eight-person draft class to be signed.
Selected in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft at No. 91 overall out of Auburn, Schwartz’s contract will be worth about $4.8 million, with a signing bonus of $896,744, over four years, according to Over The Cap’s predetermined draft chart. Schwartz’s cap hit in 2021 will be approximately $884,186.
Schwartz brings a level of speed to Cleveland’s wide receivers that opposing defenses will have to respect, although he is still a bit raw at the position.
