The Cleveland Browns continued their roster churn on Tuesday thanks to some fresh injuries suffered in Sunday’s loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Browns placed linebacker Dominque Alexander, primarily a special teams contributor, on injured reserve with an unspecified knee injury. In his place the team promoted linebacker Deon King from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
Cleveland also signed wide receiver Rannell Hall and linebacker Austin Calitro to the practice squad, while simultaneously releasing linebacker Garrett Sickles from the practice squad.

Later in the day the Browns released wide receiver Jordan Leslie, who has only recently returned to the club, with an injury designation as Leslie injured a hamstring in Sunday’s game.
