BEREA, Ohio - The Cleveland Browns have released defensive end Adrian Clayborn, a move that will save the team $3 million against the cap.
Clayborn, who signed a two-year deal with Cleveland last offseason, had 3.5 sacks while backing up starters Myles Garrett and Olivier Vernon.
Clayborn, 32, just completed his 11th season in the league.
After releasing Clayborn, the Browns are currently set to enter free agency with roughly more than $25 million in cap space.
