Since John Dorsey took over as the Cleveland Browns general manager, the offseasons have been much more entertaining. Their previous regime would make plenty of moves, but they were often ones that led to more questions than anything else.
For example, Sashi Brown decided to sign wide receiver Kenny Britt to a four-year, $32 million deal ahead of the 2017 season. He also made a trade for Brock Osweiler, which netted them a second-round pick as well, but they took on a $16 million contract in exchange for that. The first of those moves was a disaster whereas the second at least led to the drafting of running back Nick Chubb.
