It was just last week when Dawg Pound Daily's own Elliot Kennel praised the Cleveland Browns for their diversity from top to bottom. He pointed out that they have one of just two minority general managers as well as discussed how they have given opportunities to minority coaching.
Kennel didn't stop there as he highlighted the fact that they have a female coach on staff in Callie Brownson, the team's chief of staff.
Now, they continue to make moves to remain diverse as Mary Kay Cabot reported the team signed two females to their scouting staff.
