The Cleveland Browns front office looked at several different traits when it came to the 2020 NFL Draft class, with some standing out more than others. One of the more surprising picks of their draft class was fifth round selection Nick Harris.
Harris showed some solid potential during his time at Washington, but fell in the draft because he was viewed as scheme dependent. With a lack of size, Harris would have been bullied in the NFL had he been put into the wrong scheme.
With Kevin Stefanski's wide zone, play-action scheme, Harris' scheme dependent moniker fit perfectly into what the Browns were going to be doing on offense.
