On Monday, the Cleveland Browns started to report for mandatory minicamp, with the on-field work set to start on Tuesday. This led to some news coming out as both Odell Beckham, Jr. and Duke Johnson showed up after not appearing at voluntary OTAs.
This wasn’t the only news of the day, however, as the Browns also found out they didn’t land free agent defensive tackle Gerald McCoy. Instead, he ended up signing with the Carolina Panthers as he stayed in the NFC South where he played his entire career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
We also found out that there’s a rookie trying to make the roster who has some famous bloodlines.
