Cleveland Browns interim offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens has quickly become one of the hottest coaching names in the league.
Since being promoted after the firing of Todd Haley, Kitchens has transformed the Browns offense. He is playing to the players strengths while also adding some creative play-calls.
The effects of his play-calling has been obvious, as the Browns offense has flowed much better since he started calling plays Week 9.
With what he has done for the Browns offense, there is a belief that Kitchens has locked up the Browns offensive coordinator job for 2019.
