Say what you will about Chris Hubbard's play on the field over the past two seasons, but he showed that he can be a team player for the Cleveland Browns. After seeing Jack Conklin signed to take his job this offseason, it appeared the writing was on the wall for the 2018 free-agent addition.
However, Hubbard never ended up being released as many expected. Now, it's apparent why as he agreed to take a reduced salary to stay with the Browns — where he will assumedly take on the role of the swing tackle.
