The Cleveland Browns have a brand new coaching staff in 2020, led by Kevin Stefanski, Joe Woods, and Alex Van Pelt. However, at least until the end of Cleveland's offseason program, Stefanski's coaching staff just got a bit bigger.
As part of the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship, the Browns will be adding six young coaches to Stefanski's staff during the final weeks of Cleveland's offseason program, which is set to end during the final week of June.
The goal of the fellowship is to help young coaches of different backgrounds to gain some experience on a NFL staff, with the potential of a coach sticking around with the team if they impress the organization.
