Cleveland Browns News: Baker Mayfield pushes teammates

With just two games left to play, the Cleveland Browns are sitting at 6-7-1. That’s a far cry from their 0-16 season in 2017 — and their 1-15 campaign the year prior.

The two biggest reasons for the change would be the firing of Hue Jackson and the emergence of rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield. Now the unquestioned leader of the franchise, Mayfield is issuing a challenge to his team.

He wants to end the year on a positive note — by winning the final two games of the year. Doing so would get them to 8-7-1, their first winning record since 2007.
