The Cleveland Browns had themselves quite a draft. They believe they found their future quarterback in Baker Mayfield out of Oklahoma as well as a shutdown corner in Ohio State’s Denzel Ward.
From there they made some strong picks by grabbing running back Nick Chubb as well as some shocking picks like defensive end Chad Thomas and wide receiver Antonio Callaway.
Thomas could be a solid depth piece, but felt like he went early. Callaway was a player that had several red flags, but the team was sold on his potential.
One move that hasn’t been as discussed is the selection of Memphis linebacker Genard Avery.
