Cleveland Browns interview Cowboys DB coach Jerome Henderson for head coach job

CLEVELAND, Ohio --- The Browns confirmed they interviewed Cowboys secondary coach Jerome Henderson on Friday, who coached Joe Haden and T.J. Ward to consensus All-Rookie selections in 2010.

He was secondary coach here from 2009, first under Eric Mangini and then Pat Shurmur.

He was the fourth candidate interviewed by the Browns. They've also interviewed former Bears offensive coordinator Adam Gase, Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin, and former Bills head coach Doug Marrone.

On Sunday, they will interview Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson and Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott. They are not scheduled to interview Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther, as has been widely reported.
