CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns (0-9) play the Baltimore Ravens (4-4) in Baltimore on Thursday Night Football. The Browns are still trying to get their first win of the season, meanwhile Baltimore is tied with Pittsburgh for first place in the AFC North.
This will be the second game between these two teams this season. Baltimore came from behind to win the first one, 25-20, in Cleveland. To have a shot at winning the rematch, Cleveland needs to put a scare into the Ravens for the whole game, not just a half of one. Not an easy task, considering quarterback Joe Flacco has owned the Browns during his career, going 14-2 against them.
