The Cleveland Browns have done well building their roster through the draft over the past couple of seasons. Starting with the Sashi Brown era, the buildup of draft assets allowed them to add quality talent.
With the amount of players on their rookie contracts, the Browns have been able to field a competitive roster while still having plenty of cap space.
Heading into the 2019 off-season, the Browns have the fourth-most cap space available with roughly $75 million, according to Spotrac. They trail only the Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets, and Buffalo Bills in available cap space.
